As a former professional ballet dancer I've been passionate about health, fitness and movement my whole life.
Alongside dance training, pilates, reformer pilates and strength and conditioning classes were my daily routine from the early age of 11. Following a number of injuries whilst I was dancing professionally, I was forced to stop for a while. I turned to mat and reformer pilates to help me cope when I could no longer dance. I suddenly realised how important pilates and movement was and how it not only turned my physical state around but also changed my mental health. I started training as a PT in 2014, in the hope i'd be able to help others get fit and feel good about it. I haven't looked back since. I now teach Barre, mat pilates and sculpt classes in central London, for group and 1-2-1 training. I believe that improving and maintaining your fitness should be fun and rewarding, no matter what your age or condition. |
